It’s that time of day/year when the wind down officially starts. There’s still a load of Christmas shopping to do and we’re not ready for the Christmas day onslaught, but with 30 minutes left to go, there’s a little festive spirit creeping in. Happy Christmas to everyone!

RIP Woolworths

Looks like the bun fight has started at Woolies. I’d imagine that every Woolworths shop floor is currently awash with 10 packs of TDK tapes and ‘pick’n'mix’. Christmas shopping is bad enough, without that.

CSS Nested Ordered Lists

It seems very silly that with all of the power of CSS and the push for semantic HTML, that the ordered list in HTML has fairly basic functionality, or rather, it’s missing something that is useful on most websites that are built these days. (more…)

Nobbo Virus

The day before yesterday I went to bed feeling a little ‘temultuous’ in my stomach. Lo and behold, about 30 mins after lying down I realised that my dinner needed to make a reappearance so went and sat on the edge of the bath, pointing myself at the toilet. (more…)
